  My husband and I used this place to move into our new apartment. It was probably the worst experience we've ever had. The lady told us it was $375 at the end for a three hour minimum even though she told us a day prior that it was $125 an hour. I offered her $250 because $125+$125=$250, and she told me it was a three hour minimum once again. I was so livid because she got upset with me when she told my husband wrong, and I was listening to her on the phone when she told him that. The movers were slightly uncooperative as well. There's one guy that maneuvered our property onto the truck, and he kept apologizing and I appreciated him for doing so even though that isn't his job - his boss messed up. Another guy was literally carrying all of our furniture himself which wasn't fair. And the last dude continued to have cigarettes and not help move furniture. We actually stayed in our old driveway for about 15-20mins, I clocked it, because I couldn't figure out why we weren't going anywhere and were staying put. I told my husband to please get out of the car and ask them why they weren't leaving. I failed to realized that their boss was calling them which is their job to answer but it was affecting when we left and that is very unresourceful that she disrupts their work. I don't pay them to get the job done. Apparently, I pay them not by the hour but by three hour minimum, so I don't feel like I should've had to pay them for moving a few items and talking to their boss. WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN, AND I'D ADVISE Y'ALL TO NOT EITHER.
